What’s available on Amazon Video this week? [Oct. 26-Nov. 1]
What’s available to buy on Amazon Video from Oct. 26 to Nov. 1?
It’s a new week, which means new Digital releases are happening. It’s a quiet week in terms of movies to buy on Amazon Video, but not silent.
Between Oct. 26 and Nov. 1, there are only two listings currently available. Both are horror movies, which shouldn’t be surprising for the last week of October. Let’s take a look at what’s available to watch.
Peninsula out on Oct. 27
Things start on Tuesday, Oct. 27 with the release of the South Korean movie Peninsula. The movie was originally released in theaters in August and is now available to buy on Digital.
A zombie outbreak takes over, turning the living into flesh-eating zombies. Four years after the plague started, Captain Jung-seok heads out on a mission to Incheon Peninsula, which is deeply infested. He needs to get $20 million in cash.
Initially, he and his team seem successful. What happens when they head back from the trip? This isn’t just about the disease but about human nature.
Spell on Amazon Video on Oct. 30
The second release is one that hits theaters at the same time. Spell follows Marquis T. Woods, who is returning to Appalachia for his father’s funeral. When his plane crashes in a storm, he wakes up wounded and locked in someone’s attic.
Marquis has no idea where he is. Nor does he know who the people are who locked him up. He also has no idea where his family is, a family that was on the plane with him.
When he finds out Ms. Eloise has “helped” him, he finds out he’s going to be a sacrifice for a Hoodoo ritual, and he needs to find a way to escape and find his family.
