Amazon is adding more than 40 new movies and shows today

43 new shows and movies are joining Amazon Prime Video today

It’s the start of the month. That means there’s a big drop happening on Amazon Prime Video. For July 1, it means the arrival of 43 new TV shows and movies heading to Prime.

There are certainly some notable mentions. The first of those is the arrival of Suits Season 9. The final season of the series shows us how it all comes to an end at Pearson Spector Litt, or whatever the name ended up being when all was said and done. After all, it went through another name change during the season.

Of course, we also got to see Mike return for a few episodes. There was no way we could say goodbye to the series without Mike coming back.

If you’re looking for something to watch with the kids, it’s all about Megamind today. The movie gives us a look at a villain becoming a hero. After killing all his enemies, Megamind creates his own superhero to fight. That hero ends up turning evil, so Megamind has no choice but to turn good just to protect the world from his own creation.

The kids are going to adore this movie. It’s also cute for the parents if you want family movie night.

For those who want a comedy, Will Smith’s Hitch is heading to Amazon Prime Video today. Smith plays the titular character who is excellent at offering dating advice for others. What he can’t seem to do is be lucky in love himself.

For those who want to watch a movie with a partner or with some friends, this is the one for you.
