4. Will Jamie help uncover the truth?

We haven’t got to see much about Jamie on Upload yet. We know that he was avoiding Nathan because he’d slept with Ingrid. All this time, we’d wondered if Jamie was the one who arranged Nathan’s death, but it’s clear that’s not the case.

Now it turns out that Nathan possibly sold a copy of the Beyond code to Ingrid’s dad. Will Jamie find out the full truth? It doesn’t seem like Jamie is worried about Freeyond so there’s a chance that it wouldn’t matter. However, we need something for drama between Nathan and Jamie, right? Jamie is the one who has loaned Nathan money so Nathan can live in 2gig status for the time being.

This could push Nathan back to the Unlimited Data area with Ingrid. That takes us to the next question.

3. Will Nathan remain in 2gig?

Right now, Nathan is in 2gig status. He has $3k from Jamie to last a few months there, but it doesn’t sound like it’s a permanent move. So, what’s Nathan doing next? Will he make his way back to the Unlimited Data area?

That’s certainly possible with Ingrid around. Nora is on the run so it takes out that complication. Could we see Ingrid offering Nathan the chance to move upstairs with her? This would give him more money and a little more control to get the answers he’s currently after and keep Nora safe.
