8. Katy Keene Season 1

The CW has one more new show to bring in the 2019-2020 season. Katy Keene is the Riverdale spin-off many have waited for, and it debuts in February 2020. There’s no doubt that Riverdale fans are excited, and there are also some Pretty Little Liars fans who can’t wait to see Lucy Hale back on their screens. Hopefully, the show performs better than Life Sentence.

One thing that makes us more excited is that Katy Keene has received an extra 13-episode order. That means more episodes without even seeing the pilot, suggesting the CW thinks it will do well. Are you ready for our fashionista to take to the big city?

Katy Keene will be available to purchase on Amazon Video.

7. Carnival Row Season 2

When it comes to 2019 Amazon Originals, there’s one that needs to go on the list of anticipated TV shows in 2020. Carnival Row is something that many fans want to see. This is one of those TV shows that impressed as it was never based on a book or another form of source material. This is completely unique in terms of world-building, creatures, and characters.

The first season left us with plenty of questions. Now we need answers. Right now, there’s no confirmation that Carnival Row Season 2 will come in 2020, but unlike The Lord of the Rings, there’s also no confirmation we’ll have to wait a year. So, it’s on the list.

Carnival Row will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
