16. The Outsider Season 1

One of the first new TV shows on a subscription service coming in 2020 is The Outsider. Based on the novel by Stephen King, the series stars Jason Bateman as Terry Maitland. His life is turned upside down when he’s accused of the rape and murder of a young boy.

Maitland maintains his innocence the whole time. It’s soon clear that he may be telling the truth, but things may be too late by that point when the town turns against him. Whether you’ve read the novel or not, you’re going to want to check out the series.

15. Undone Season 2

When it comes to Amazon Originals, Undone has to be on the list. While we don’t know when in 2020 the second season could arrive (or if it even could!), there’s no doubt that we’re excited for it. The first season was refreshing, giving us a story of an unapologetically flawed young woman.

We were sent on a wild, time-bending, universe-twisting story. Was Alma just seeing things or does she have the ability to change time and bring her father back from the dead? If her father is back, what does this mean for the whole family? Is Alma the only one who will be able to see him? There are so many questions!
