5 best STARZ shows to watch at Thanksgiving weekend

1. Outlander

We have to finish with Outlander. This is an excellent TV series to watch over Thanksgiving. After all, the story has moved onto the Colonies in the fourth season. But let’s start from the beginning for those who haven’t checked it out yet.

Based on the novel series by Diana Gabaldon, the story takes us on a romantic journey that travels through time. Claire Randall is a nurse, who served during World War II. While on her second honeymoon in Scotland, she is transported through a set of standing stones, where she finds herself in the time of her husband’s ancestor who looks surprisingly like him.

While in the past, Claire meets Jamie Fraser. Two souls come together and they head on a journey through Scotland and beyond. It takes them to Paris, Jamaica, and many more beautiful locations.

With the journey now around the Colonies, now is the perfect time to start watching it if you haven’t already. You can get all four seasons on STARZ, with the fifth debuting in February. A sixth season has also been confirmed with pre-production work already underway.
