1. Will we see some of the other worlds?

A lot of the first season was spent on The Burgue. We did get a look at Vignette’s homeland, but there were many more places mentioned. At the end, Philo and Vignette were talking about going to a place they’d be accepted, especially Philo who is half-human and half-fae.

Carnival Row has only just gotten started with the development of the world. There’s so much more out there, a universe still to explore. Will we get the chance to see that?

There’s a chance to delve a little into it. Imogen and Agreus are on their way to somewhere new and exciting. Imogen just wants the ship’s captain to “surprise [her].” That suggests we’re heading somewhere that hasn’t been shown or mentioned.

While I would love to see more worlds explored, this will need to be done carefully. There were only eight episodes in the first season, and I don’t quite feel we got to explore everything as deeply as we could with so much going on. If too many places are introduced, this could be even worse.
