2. What’s next for Philo, Vignette, and the Row?

All the fae were forced into the ghetto of Carnival Row. The humans are scared of them and angry that refugees are around. They’re just going to ignore the fact that they caused some of this by losing the war against the Pact.

But whatever the reasoning behind it, we’re seeing Philo and Vignette together in the ghetto. Philo has accepted his half-fae heritage and chose to remain with Vignette. It’s an honorable thing to do, but there are certainly questions about his sanity. What’s he going to do now?

Philo remains in danger for the murders. Even though he and we know that Piety was behind them, the police believe that he did it all. There are no humans around to tell the truth. So, will Philo be safe in the ghetto?
