5 shows to watch if you love The Man in the High Castle

1. SS-GB

One of the things that drew fans into The Man in the High Castle was the fact that we got this alternate history. It started as a “what if” world, with the Nazis defeating the Allied powers in WWII. This naturally led to plenty of theories and ideas on the type of world America would have found itself in. SS-GB is very similar to that.

Rather than being set in the U.S., this is set in 1941 London, England. The Nazis defeated the British in war and now the country is controlled by the SS> Douglas Archer is a London detective, who works under the SS. When a murder connects him with Barbara Barga, and U.S. journalist, his world is thrown upside down.

This is certainly a series that offers everything. It delivers the crime drama and conspiracy theory show that many people kept watching The Man in the High Castle for. It’s also a chance to see another “what if” world.

It just shows that one thing can change absolutely everything. However, this one being set in 1941 means that much of what happened between 1942 and 1945 during the war never had a chance to happen, which changes so much more worldwide.
