2. Can Sansa get over herself just for an episode?

I love Sansa Stark’s transformation over the years on Game of Thrones. She’s exactly what the North needs in a leader, but there’s one flaw. She’s thinking too small.

Like Cersei, she’s focused too much on the war within Westeros. She’s too concerned about the fight for the Iron Throne. The Northern people have the exact same problem and Sansa’s constant view against Daenerys doesn’t help matters. The Northern people will look to Sansa for an example of how to act.

It’s time for Sansa to get over herself. Just for now. Once the war against the Night King is over, she can go back to hating Dany all she wants. Jon is the only one thinking on the larger scale right now. He’s the only one putting the living first.

I’m not sure what it will take for Sansa to realize that she needs to get over the Iron Throne war right now. Is there any hope for her? Maybe it will take the loss of someone close – or maybe even a close loss – to realize that she needs to change her thoughts about the war right now.
