Lethal White is the fourth novel in the Comoran Strike series. It follows Strike and his secretary-turned-business-partner, as they solve some of the most gruesome and strangest of murder mysteries. The last novel got extremely personal, but this one sees a very different mystery to solve — one that took place decades earlier.

This time, the person coming to Strike and Robin Ellacott is a mentally disabled man who is sure he witnessed a murder. The twist is the crime took place when he was a child and he can’t remember many of the details. Will Strike and Robin be able to work their magic this time? What exactly is going on in Robin’s personal life and will Matthew ever accept the job she does?

J.K. Rowling has confirmed there will be more than seven books in the Strike series, according to Hypable. This is the fourth novel and the writing for the fifth will happen at the same time as the writing for Fantastic Beasts 4, so we’re a way off from that right now. However, it’s something to look forward to.
