4. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

When it’s released: Mar. 19, 2019 (Digital released Feb. 26)

Starring: Shameik Moore, Jake Johnson, Hailee Steinfeld, Mahershala Ali, Nicolas Cage

What it’s about: Think there’s only one Spider-Man? Well, so did Peter Parker. However, it soon turns out there’s more. When Miles Morales is bitten by a radioactive spider, he finds himself in the world of superheroes and villains and it’s up to him to save the whole Spider-Verse.

Why get it: This is the perfect movie for the whole family. The Academy Award winner for Best Animated Feature Film, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse has everything you could need. It’s an intriguing premise, an inclusive movie, and offers a mixture of child and adult jokes.

3. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald

When it’s released: Mar. 11, 2019 (Digital released Feb. 15)

Starring: Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterson, Jude Law, Dan Fogler, Ezra Miller, Johnny Depp, Alison Sudol

What it’s about: The sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, this is the movie that starts the story of Albus Dumbledore’s fight against Gerhart Grindelwald. Newt Scamander is sent to Paris on a mission to take down the evil wizard, but he and his friends soon realize that loyalties will be tested.

Why get it: Harry Potter fans will certainly adore this movie. Hogwarts is back, there’s a young Albus Dumbledore, and some of the questions from the books/movies are answered. There are also some exciting twists and turns along the way.
