When it’s released: Mar. 12, 2019 (Digital released Feb. 19)

Starring: Hera Hilmar, Robert Sheehan, Hugo Weaving, Jihae, Ronan Raftery

What it’s about: After the Sixty Minute War, the world’s landscape was irrevocably changed. Now there are constant natural disasters and the world has had to adapt. Traction Cities help to pick up towns and cities to move them to safer areas. However, there are parts of the word that refuse to give into the New World Order, known as the Anti-Traction League and they’ll stop at nothing to prevent the Traction Cities operating.

Why get it: Those who love dystopian future movies will certainly want to check out Mortal Engines. It uses a vastly different approach into the way mankind has adapted to survive and focuses on murder, natural disasters, and survival to push the plot forward. Move over The Hunger Games and Divergent. This is an adult dystopian future.

11. The Final Wish

When it’s released: Mar. 19, 2019 (Digital released Feb. 8)

Starring: Lin Shaye, Michael Welch, Melissa Bolona, Spencer Locke, Tony Todd

What it’s about: After the death of his father, hapless Aaron Hammond returns home upon the request of his mother. He’s forced to face his past, while trying to escape the present. However, he also soon realizes that a cursed urn will grant the owner wishes but it’s not all as simple as it would seem.

Why get it: This is the DVD and Blu-ray release for the month for the horror fans out there. The Final Wish mixed the prodigal son tale with twisted wishes to bring a creepy but psychological movie. Those who love the Final Destination movies will adore this.
