4. The Expanse

Now it comes to another show that was canceled and later saved. Ahead of the Season 3 finale, SYFY shockingly chose to cancel The Expanse. Fortunately, Amazon stepped in to save it. While we’re still waiting for the third season to be available on Amazon Prime Video, we can’t help but look forward to Season 4 coming at some point in 2019.

One of the greatest things about the save is you won’t need to buy extra subscriptions. You’ll be able to watch with your Amazon Prime subscription. All episodes will likely drop at the same time, which is why there’s no release date yet. The show is still filming.

This is one of those TV shows we’re waiting on a release date for but I’ll bring it here the minute it’s available.

3. Game of Thrones

We move onto the HBO show of the year. While there are other HBO TV shows to be excited about (like Deadwood), it’s all about Game of Thrones. This isn’t just because it’s that major show that everyone is talking about. 2019 will see the final season start and finish. It’s a show we’re saying goodbye to, which makes it extra special.

After seven seasons of following our individual Houses, we’re going to see them forced into joining together to fight off against the White Walkers. The Wall is gone and winter is most definitely coming. Who will come out on top in the battle between ice and fire?

The six-episode season will premiere on HBO in April 2019. You can watch with an Amazon Channels subscription.
