3. Pushing Daisies

While many of us are waiting for a revival, it’s all about the original episodes of Pushing Daisies this week. All two seasons are dropping on Amazon Prime Video on Oct. 1.

The series is about Ned, who has the ability to restore life to those who have died with just a touch. He decides to solve murders with his powers, bringing the victims back from the dead to name their killers. Of course, he needs to allow them to die again afterward.

When his childhood sweetheart, Charlotte, is killed, Ned brings her back from the dead. This time, he wants her to remain alive forever but touching her again will mean she dies. This time forever.

Fortunately, Charlotte knows what Ned can do and the series isn’t just about not touching her. There’s love, loss, murder, and mystery. If you love iZombie, you’re going to adore Pushing Daisies.

2. Silent Witness

If you’re looking for something with plenty of episodes and you need a good British drama, Silent Witness is the way to turn. All 21 episodes will be available on Amazon Prime Video from Oct. 1.

Telling the story of a team of forensic pathologists, we’re taken on a journey of their crime investigations. Dr. Nikki Alexander (Emilia Fox) has knowledge of archeology and anthropology and is one of the biggest assets to the team.

This is one of those shows that Bones fans will love. There are plenty of moments that will remind you of it, but there are others that stand out. This is also good for NCISCSI, and even Midsomer Murders fans.
