Amazon Prime Video new releases – March 2018: Sneaky Pete and more
Here is everything that is coming to Amazon Prime Video in March, including Sneaky Pete season 2, The Dangerous Book for Boys and a ton of great movies.
March is going to be a great month for Amazon Prime members. There are some excellent new releases coming to Prime Video in March, but none bigger than Sneaky Pete season 2. The second season picks up with Marius aka Pete being abducted by a pair of men who think he’s the real Pete, but he was merely playing the long con and using his former cellmate’s name and identity as a cover to hide from the mob that was after him and his brother.
This could be Pete’s stickiest situation he finds himself in and it makes me wonder how long he can keep this secret from the new family he more or less adopted, or was it them that adopted him? Either way, I wonder if any of real Pete’s family will discover Marius has been lying to them all this time.
The Sneaky Pete season 2 trailer is out and it looks pretty good.
Bryan Cranston stars and produces Sneaky Pete and he also produces another Amazon Original series that will be released in March. The Dangerous Book for Boys is without a specific release date, but it’s coming out in March with six episodes. The series is co-produced by Cranston and Greg Mottola and is based on the book of the same name from Conn and Hal Iggulden.
The story is about brothers who are mourning the death of their father Patrick, an inventor, who leaves behind a book that helps the brothers tap into their imagination and begin to put the pieces back together after the loss of their dear father.
On the movie side of things, the new Power Rangers flick, a few James Bond movies and the Farrelly Brothers movie, Kingpin, starring Woody Harrelson and Randy Quaid represent some of the notable new movies coming out in March.
