Amazon released the full list of what’s new on Amazon Prime Video in September 2017. If you are a fan of football or the Amazon original series Transparent, September should be a great month for the streaming service.
There are some great shows and movies coming to the streaming service next month, but none is bigger than the premiere of Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime Video. Amazon acquired the rights for the NFL’s Thursday Night Football games for this season. With your Prime Video subscription and Prime membership, you can watch the Thursday night games for free.
The first Thursday Night Football game on Prime Video is between the Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears on Sept. 28.
Amazon is also releasing new seasons of their original shows including One Mississippi season 2 and Transparent season 4. One Mississippi season 2 hits Prime Video on Sept. 8, and Transparent season 4 is coming to the streaming service on Sept. 22. Other than those new releases, there are not many more new TV releases on Prime Video next month.
Prime Video does have some big movies coming to the streaming service in September. Ben-Hur, the remake from 2016, hits the streaming service on Sept. 2. The Magnificent Seven is going to be released a week later on Sept. 9.
