Bosch season 3 comes out on Amazon Prime Video in April. Here’s everything you need to know about the Amazon Original series starring Titus Welliver.

Your favorite TV cop is almost back with an all-new season of Bosch on Amazon Prime Video. Titus Welliver plays the hardened LAPD Detective Harry Bosch is back for season 3 of the Amazon Original series. The crime drama is one of my favorite shows to watch on Amazon Prime and I think Titus Welliver does a fantastic job of bringing the character Michael Connelly created in his series of novels to life. To get you prepped for the upcoming season, I’ve highlighted the key things you need to know so you can enjoy the new season.

Bosch season 3 release date

Season 3 comes out, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, April 21. This is the latest on the calendar that Bosch has premiered after February and March release for the first two seasons. It comes after the season 2 release of Fortitude and before the season 3 release of Catastrophe as Amazon has stuffed April with Original programming.

The trailer was released on March 2 and sees Bosch with a target on his back as he’s under investigation but it’s a surprise to him when he catches wind of it. You can see for yourself in the trailer below.

How about the athleticism from Welliver to hop on the hood of the car when the SUV was backing down on him? In any event, it looks like a lot of people are trying to expose Bosch this season.

Welliver, obviously, returns to play the title character, but he’s not the only familiar face returning this season. Jamie Hector, Lance Reddick, Amy Aquino, Jeri Ryan, Madison Lintz, Paolo Turbay Mimi Rogers, Arnold Vosloo, John Ales and Brooke Smith appear in the third season.

Plenty of drama and intrigue to hook viewers for the entire season to be sure.
